As it turns out, smoking cigarettes not only reduces appetite but it also increases the mentabolism:
Not only that but it also increases your testosterone levels:
With that being said, being fat combined with smoking is like doing a passing away speedrun. However, if you pair that with counting calories and doing sports, it might help us fatcels with leanmaxing.
Honestly, for me it seems like a win-win situation: Either you die (ending your misery) or you lose weight (ending your misery + higher possibility of ascending). I'll probably try it.
