Evolution is about who survives to reproduce. Being ugly, short or low IQ does not stop you from having sex. A tall high IQ person could die before he has sex, leaving us to reproduce.

unless a sub 4 then genes didnt matter, they forced a girl to be their wife back before large scale civilization which has been most of human existance, hypergamy has not existed long enough to change our genetics. even if we killed all short and ugly men today, in 100 years they would be back. 2 attractive people can still create an ugly baby. if we eventually reached 8 feet tall we would go extinct. genetic diversity like an ugly and handsome person have to always exist or else a species goes extinct when change occurs

Okay we have kind of looped back to your very first point. Involving IQ for human reproduction success is a far fetched idea. IQ Isn't some huge factor which will determine your reproductive success. Low IQ is not a flaw.

But if you are mentioning IQ in the sense of communication and fitting into social groups which helped humans achieve the position we are in today, I can understand your point.
