Serious thread. I have extremely high inhibition levels. While I'd probably still be an incel even with low-inhib, at least my quality of life would be higher.

For the former high-inhibcels - how did you decrease your inhibition? Let's come up with ideas on how to low-inhibmaxx.

  • Approach 1000 women (like @uninstall )
  • Start participating in any of these sports: mountaineering, BJJ, MMA, boxing, Muay Thai (haven't heard of a high-inhib mountaineer)
  • Long-term solo travel
  • Take on and complete a difficult DIY project like building your own log cabin in the woods
  • Learn to dance salsa/bachata (never met a high-inhib dancer in my life)
  • Chadfishing foids. Not just sending messages but getting the foids to actually meet IRL, like @catfishman23
What else am I missing?

Ah yes, LSD and shrooms. Forget about that option. Although my main problem is motivation and I'm pretty sure they don't help in that department. Guess I'd be better off getting an Adderal prescription.
 
First, when you 'lower your inhib' what you will see is that you are probably a naturally quiet person who doesn't want to run around making gorilla noises in people's faces like most aggro people will do.

That said, PUA approaching is the only fucking way. The rest of this shit you will never do because the bar is so high from the start. Learn salsa dancing? Be honest, you will NEVER sign up for that shit. The only part of it that would lower your inhib is looking dumb in front of foids, which is just a weak-ass version of PUA.

So, you gotta do PUA but making an approach is insano balls shit that most men could never do. You have to baby step your way there. I've written this before so I'm just gonna make it brief. The baby-stepping tier is as follows.

1. Time spent in public where tons of people congregate/walk (malls, streets, colleges). Do this 2 hours a day if you must.
2. Eye contact with people as you pass.
3. Waving at cars as they drive past (with you walking on the sidewalk) in an anonymous area (not the same area where the people congregate - this is best done on a random suburban street).
4. Saying hi to people as you walk past them.
5. Extending the hi to a full length interaction. Stopping, planting your feet, and actually saying more than hi (or walking with them or initiating conversation with them while they are seated on a bench).

And that should do it. ANY FUCKING PERSON can start doing this. Each step is just a tiny bit harder than the previous. All it takes is time. Do each step until you are totally comfortable with it, then move on to the next step until you are comfortable with starting the next one.

Soy, but what if you volunteered for Greenpeace, and had to ask for donations? I can't think of anything more painful, outside of PUA cold approaching. Maybe standup comedy open mics? Dox yourself and vlog on social media??

The weird thing about this, is that forcing yourself to do these things and hating it, really isn't low-inhib. Or at least, sustainably low-inhib. Think about this, CHAD can do any low inhib thing he wants and he LOVES it. He never had to train himself to get there, it was all natural for him.

What can you do that's naturally brave? Maybe do that more???
