One of the most common phrases spurted towards incels is "just be confident bro." Of course they say this like it is as easy as turning on a switch. Your natural confidence is mostly a reflection of how accepting society is towards you. This is a natural defensive mechanism to prevent even lower status, humiliation, and possible violent retaliation or a sexual harassment charge. The proof you need is all those videos we see of ugly men being accussed of sex crimes and assaulted for merely existing around normies. The stereotype that shy boys are small, weak, ugly, etc is very self explanatory. Even if a shy guy isn't small or ugly (what normies often point to as proof that they just need to turn on their confidence switch) they usually end up being total autists with their shyness removed. If you have bad shyness but those two do not fit you then you have legitimate mental issues. More likely than not you have social anxiety disorder, or social phobia (aka a fear that is not rational). But for most shy guys, it is reasonable. Telling them to not feel mental pain, insecurity, and humiliation from their experiences or characteristics is like telling a guy to not feel physical pain after being kicked in the balls. Chads are confident because they have no reason to not be. They have got girls and validation for their entire life, ever since the first day in pre-k. Then when they get success with women and everyone is like "being confident is the only key!1!1!"

But, being confident will most certainly help you ascend. They truly do find it attractive, it is one of the biggest signs of status and alpha male (chad), just like height. It will also help you make more approaches, which is obviously crucial for any sub-8 man if they ever want to be with a girl. Even chadlites NEED to approach. Chads and gigachads can get away with not approaching and being shy, but this will not apply for the vast majority of men. Even not looking at sex, being low inhib will prevent other men from looking down on you or bullying you for being beta. And seeing the very low rates of approaches by the majority of this forum https://incels.is/threads/how-many-approaches-have-you-made.47398/ some of you who are still trying to get sex should try this to ascend. More so for the teenagers, 15 is the not time to give up. That was the age where I seriously got started trying lmao. Warning: be careful if you are in an area that is feminazi to hell, like Sweden or Toronto, though. Men there have no confidence at all for a reason. The "sexual harassment" statement I made earlier would be even more important to consider for your situation. Now for the guide:

1) Experiment with certain drugs that lowers inhibition. Such as MDMA, Xanax, SSRI, etc. You can just look up "drugs that help with social anxiety/anxiety" and you are good to go. You could get some over the counter, some through prescription, or some may be illegal. If you are unable to just go up to a local drug dealer you can just look up how to get into the dark web and what the drug selling sites are. I am not encouraging illegal activity, though. Try to avoid going the illegal route, especially if you haven't even tried the legal drugs yet.
2) Drink alcohol. You are supposed to be much more lower inhib when you are drunk. There is a reason why #1 and #2 are very common at parties. Easy short term ways to strongly alleviate anxiety.
3) gymcel. Search up the correct way to work out and nutrition and you will greatly increase your strength and muscles. Worked very well in my case. Although I'm sure most users have already tried this. Still, you can't deny being frame mogged to oblivion by every man takes a toll on you mentally. The other way around will help you feel comfortable and you could gain compliments, from men and family. Also make sure to do your long cardio as well, very important in making you feel more relaxed and low inhib.
4) Train MMA. Few things can lower your inhib then knowing you can kick most guys asses whenever. Worked to a small degree in my case thru wreslting, but it would be probably be much higher if I was actually good at it.
5) Carry around a good weapon. I recommend sock-n-lock. It is legal everywhere, just don't carry it if you're in a "pat down" type situation, it might look suspicious. But for 99% of the time and at any country you are good. One hard swing and someones skull is legitimately cracked opened. Very hard to defend against and long range for you. No real reason to be scared of just about anybody unarmed. Just get a big stretchy sock and put a lock or a small and light metal object deep on it. You can wrap the sock around your hand if you want a tighter grip and control over the weapon, at the cost of some range. Helps to give peace of mind. A gun would be even more powerful but half of you aren't in America and you have to use it much more conservatively.
6) Act or pretend to be confident until it seeps to your mentality a little bit. Worked to a good degree in my case. At the very least all you have to do is not slouch and look at the ground like a beta. Look high, pump out chest, and walk comfortably. Swing your arms. Speak slowly. Goes back to my case before, just force your body to not act exactly like the "virgin walk." This alone will give you some benefit of the confidence halo, because you are acting alpha. Studies prove doing this makes you act more powerful.
7) Improve your looks. Self explanatory. Have surgeries such as nose jobs to fix jew nose, use best fashion possible, do everything possible to fix acne, etc. Kind of common sense.
8) Related to 6, just psyche yourself up to be temporarily confident. Like keep trying to tell yourself that you do not give a fuck. Although this is pretty low common advice. Just typical "think positive" and cut out negative thoughts jargon. Try to accept yourself. Attempt to rock your flaws or believed flaws if you can, like how some midgets joke around with their height or leverage it. Don't take that joking yourself trick too far, though.
9) Be depressed. "IDGAF" will be entrenched in your mentality. This should be natural to lots of incels. If not depressed just look at lots of suicidefuel lul.
10) Try nofap. Going a few days to a few weeks will affect the inhibition of lots of guys. Some guys feel almost god-like from doing it compared to before, essentially zero inhibition. Others feel nothing at all. It is different for everyone, but the extreme effect in some cases seems to me like there is more than just placebo. You can't fap at all or look at porn. You also need to sleep on your back or side to avoid wet dreams. You got nothing to lose from trying this if you want to try everything possible to remove your inhibition.
11) Watch your diet, avoid fatty/sugar foods and try to be as healthy as possible. Green tea for example is allegedly good for this. A good diet will lower your pressure and cause to be far more relaxed, thus lower inhib.
12) Try to get a good amount of sleep and keep your stress levels low. More relaxed = less inhibition.
13) If you're currently dealing with bullies, you need to deal with them. #5 may be very good in this case for self defense. For more longer term do #3 and 4.
14) Achieve something. Feeling more prideful is natural after accomplishing something.
15) Listen to bass-heavy tunes, such as rap. Also proven to make you feel more sure of yourself.
16) Meditation, similar to why diet, exercise, sleep, etc lowers your inhib. Some yoga poses, such as tree pose, do help me out.

Not sure if there is really anymore I can tell you. You should feel a major difference if you combine all 16 of these, might even make some mentalcels ascend. And high inhibition for some people may actually be from past abuse, but they do not fit that criteria now or it was just something situational such as child abuse. That is a fault of your brain, not adapting to your new self. So this is not useless advice for everyone.

From my experience gymcelling helps with confidence as well as not being mogged by the other person.

There are alot of general ones as well, its mostly general anyways, but many guys feel insecure about their masculinity.
 
I like the guide. I'd appreciate these becoming a more regular thing. The effort to even type something beyond a shitpost is appreciated.

This guide may only apply to a few people here, but it does hate legitimate advice that could work for you and has worked for enough other people for it to be credible.

Personally I might just become a passable lite* trap and live a degenerate LDAR lifestyle.

Lol, no. I'm the highest inhib guy here and I go to the gym 6 days a week for 2-3 hours. It doesn't do shit for your inhib.

You should be the exact opposite of depressed. The idgaf should be in a happy yolo chad way not a depressed one. Women associate depression with being genetic trash.

Works very well in my experience. And anyone with any kind of sense would know to hide their depression and appear normal. But that idgaf will still show, making you appear like a happy chad or at least more alpha. For example I almost got jumped once on my bike when I was depressed and I had zero fear in me. Suicides often happen out of nowhere for loved ones because they couldn't tell that the person was depressed.

I was thinking about going to the gym and training MMA, but I'm too shy and awkward to interact with the Chads that run through those places.

Like I can walk into any gym and not feel intimidated by the guys there (even if they're more skilled) but that confidence doesn't translate to other areas. Normies can still clown me with their social skills and I'll always be outnumbered by them. Whatever cheap respect they have for someone who's bigger/stronger than them doesn't last, and there's nothing more pathetic than being disrespected by someone half your size.

A bunch of posters are always making posts about inhibition and how to get rid of it and stuff. This is just a compilation of everything I can find to help those users, and written completely in depth. And anyways if you haven't already tried everything you can, such as looksmaxing, then you are a volcel. What the major pillar of the blackpill states is that natural selection will cause some men to be hopeless no matter what, like 13k.
Gym definitely helped me out inhibition wise. MMA and weapon was more geared towards incels living in dangerous areas, where being vulnerable will certainly neg your inhibition. There are a bunch of other points that is just in general.
And about your social skills, which is ironic since you called me the "redpiller," I already addressed that. Your inhibition is actually quite reasonable, to prevent you from making a fool out of yourself. This was meant for guys who don't have the autism or looks problem, at least not anymore.

Never been to a psychiatrist, but smoking weed did make me much more relaxed around other people. I imagine the SSRI's would definitely work well for most people. And there are different kinds so one not working doesn't mean you can't try others.

17) I just remembered another very important factor that contributed to my low inhib max. So I am terrified of roaches and creepy crawlies in general, they are my biggest fear. I moved in to an apartment filled with monstrous roaches, about the size of my hand. Every single night for the first week I woke up and saw a very big roach in either the floor or the window. I usually woke up in the middle of the night because they were crawling so loud. One night I woke up and found 3 of them bitches on the floor. After that week we did some renovations and lots of killing and their presence was decreased, but still epidemic levels. One incident with a roach on the door was the scariest moment of my life. All this hyper fearful events played a role in permanently lowering my anxiety levels. So to put it in straight language, exposing yourself to your biggest fear, and not once but hundreds of times, will lower your inhib levels to a great amount. Being socially related is not a requirement, i recommend something that isn't socially related. All that matters is you beat and numb the emotion by exposing yourself to it many times per day. It also doesn't work if you cave to the emotion, like cowering to your bully. You need to not cave.
