Imagine every medical discipline that involves either your head directly or all the others that affect head / craniofacial appearance (even how you walk or if feets tilt inward affects your face). Imagine this whole plethora of volumes and notions with also their discrete amount of scientific inaccuracies and conflicts in between practices (many solutions but only one is truly what u need).

Now combine this with knowing how to dynamically manipulate every tissue and behaviour happening under your skin to improve a flawed starting position from bad genetics and habits / external factors / nutrition.

That’s how hard it is, not a scam, just takes years to even think of getting +1 on the scale and it’s not permanent. A proper society that wants to rebound the effects of hypergamy must guide young men through the laws of appearance and reduce the gaps. School was a total waste. I would rather not know how to count tables than having any recession in my face. I would be a caveman if it meant looking good.
