You're not wrong but not all trades are created equal. I'm lucky that my trade has more people with higher educational background and strong corporate/HR presence. It's not like working for Joe's plumbing where alcoholics throw tools at you and go home to beat their wife

I’ve been trying to leave my shitty fast food job for over a year now and it’s been Hell. I’ve been rejected from dishwasher positions from other places when I have years of experience working as a dishwasher NOW! Not only this but so many other low-income places have rejected me as well

Meanwhile normies who are JUST as non-nt as me if not moreso are getting interviews and job offers left and right whereas I get jackshit. Simply because those normies have better looks than me. And don’t get me started on all of the foid recruiters out there..
