Most people do NOT have good personalities. Most people have unremarkable intelligence and unremarkable things to say. IQs are clustered around the mean, especially in women.

Whereas there's no shortage of women men find physically attractive enough.

So it makes no sense to tell incels to lower their standards for looks and focus on personality. That would make the potential dating pool even smaller (without even getting into the fact that zero women find incels attractive enough to date).

If you need to lower your standards for anything, it's personality. Stop expecting a smart, kind woman, and start going for dumb, hot chicks.

I think that humans aren't even supposed to be good looking. It's so rare! How often do you see a really good looking person in the street? Even women use makeup to appear more appealing.
