2 months 3 weeks. Made me feel less lonely than going out. Im loneliest when im with others
not exactly the same but i was in a residential treatment center with limited exposure to the outside world for 2 years in HS and it was one of the most traumatic things going back into society. people i knew all changed and i lost all the few friends I had. definitely the beginning of the end for me
Went 19 days once- took a 7-day sick leave from school and it directly merged with the christmas-new year vacation.
More regularly, I'd almost always go at least 1 week (+/-several days) every summer (LDAR season) without going outside at all.

JFL @ just one month. I never go out. If I wasn't studying in a college or had not to buy grocery , I would never even unlock the key of my room.

i was the same.... i need supplements like phenibut & Ginseng to cope & alcohol which will be soon (next year)
i can talk to girls / guys without problems for a little while but i am mentally ill / from past bullying experiences so i start coming off weird through mannerisms eventually or seem a bit "off" and i doubt its something a therapist can fix so i think im permafucked / but i am "scary looking" which is my main problem with women not the mental illness

I have to go outside every day to do grocery shopping so I don't have a choice. If I did have a choice I'd stay inside for probably max a month.

I have not left the house for like 10 years. One year I literally didn't leave it at all. The other years maybe I went to a shop 2-3 times over a year so pretty much spent a third of my life at home.
