You are avoiding that fact that cold weather doesn't permanently change your genes to make you inherently more intelligent. In an older source you gave me, the authors said that opinions made by experts and researchers on the influence of race on Intelligence should be considered. If a group of scientists says that race determines your IQ, I would like to see the evidence, not read what they are thinking on this topic.
