I don't know if it ever happens in west and any developed country or not but here it is brutal. Imagine sweating in darkness and dealing with mosquitos while electricity is gone for hours usually 1-2 hour but in extreme summer it lasts even longer and goes after staying an hour or two or sometimes longer or shorter. It just came back now after an hour of darkness.
