Limb lengthening in two segments (femurs and tibias)

It is possible to grow till 16cm (6.3") if done two segments. Nowadays there is internal nails like stryde which provide full weigh bearing (no need for weelchair) and less pain than external devices like ilizarov. If you have the money and time, would you do it?
