Hearing this from a forum member is very reassuring, because my younger brother has been pestering me to invest in rental properties for years now, but I've always been very wary and skeptical of it.
As an incel, I don't like dealing with people, and would rather just invest in a diversified portfolio of stocks, bonds, and cryptocurrencies. I don't need the headaches and stress of dealing with real estate.
Simple. It's called compound interest + regular contributions into my investment portfolio of stocks, bonds, and cryptocurrencies.
Of course, the market can have a downturn, which would be even better for me because it would allow me to buy shares at a discount. So, in the long run, either way, I win.
