Today is the 2 year mark? Pretty ironic considering today for me, was my 100 day mark too.

NGL, I should probably do more leg stuff. I only do squats and to be fair, it's a compound. But I workout at home and am limited.
 
I lift in a gym
it’s not bad
What do you do for legs? Or, maybe a routine? I'm thinking about switching to a gym pretty much only, for the machines. But IDK if it's worth it

My leg days are on Wednesday and Saturday

I do

Seated calf raises
4 sets of 15

Hamstring curls
6 sets of 10

Quads I do leg press on Wednesday and hack squat on Saturday
Leg press I go 4 sets of 10-12
Hack squat 4 sets of 8

Leg extension
4 sets of 10
