Yes nowadays I can't rest at all or relax even after a massage and shit it still it so hard to relax every little noise or shit pisses me off and makes me tense

Ldar is against our nature as humans and against your nature as a man of any worth. The only reason ldar is promoted here is as a middle finger to the world and because you have no reason to contribute anything to soyciety. Otherwise if you're a normie and you enjoy doing nothing(i.e. ldar) you're just lazy and worthless imo. Men specifically should have purpose and a reason to not ldar. I agree ldaring is boring, but for me the choice is ldar or pain out in the real world, rotting is a slow death, but the pain I feel from interacting with the world is greater. I just think about getting closer to death and that gives me the strength I need to keep rotting.
