Just do regular activities. I have to lift weights and eat a lot because my strength and muscle baseline is low, but if you’re a normal weight naturally it’s not worth it IMO. Hard exercise is very unhealthy and risky in terms of injury.

A good rule of thumb is that if something feels bad, then it IS bad. That’s why walking and mild lifting such as picking up tree branches and other light lifts don’t feel bad, since these activities are not harmful. Even lifting heavier weights properly like moving boxes isn’t painful. But running and lifting to your absolute limit in the gym is lots of unhealthy stress on the body.
 
nah lifting weights is good and has proven to boost brain health. Lifting improves memory performance and reduces anxiety/depression. It also reduces risk of cognitive decline. Cognitive decline is twice as likely for sedentary individuals than individuals who workout. Exercise strengthens your joints and muscles (obviously), which will allow you to be mobile in your 70s instead of being stuck in a wheelchair. There’s a billion benefits to exercise and a billion downsides to not working out.

At the end of the day, we humans are animals, we’re not meant to be sedentary, stuck behind a desk. Our bodies are built for physical labor and hunting.

I also noticed that you said it’s a waste of time. But you don’t realise how little time it takes working out to build muscle. If you spend 30 minutes, 3 times a week at the gym then you will build muscle. It honestly takes such little time. There’s 168 hours in a week and all it takes to be healthy and build muscle is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
 
yea eating goyslop like seeds and vegetables and roiding yourself (including protein powders and creatine) then stressing ur body for 3 hours for no reason is completley natural and healthy man, pfftt this guy man

Doing endless reps of the same exact monotone and pointless motion, it's an insult to any intelligent brain.
It's also an highly unnatural activity. Men are meant to hunt or build things, use their brain and their body in highly demanding tasks, not do the same monotone and brain-numbing motion a billion times.
then stop doing endless reps, do between 6-10. If you spend more than 30 minutes at the gym as a beginner then your program is not good. Also it seems that the weight you’re doing is really light which is why you might feel bored and like it’s pointless. Increase the weight and do less reps and you might enjoy it more.

I wish I had energy and willpower for gymmaxxing. I don't even know how to do it properly. Poverty and touch starvation makes me too exhausted to better myself.

Strength train to build muscle mass which increases metabolism and combat mental fatigue which can help the brain perform better by boosting energy levels and increases blood capacity which increases blood flow to the brain, improving cognitive performance.
