I also get bored of everything eventually.
That's why you need a big variety of low effort things.
I usually cycle between gaming, anime, reading, masturbating, eating slop, doomscrolling, napping etc.
You just need a bunch of different things you can do so when you get bored of something you do the next for a new dopamine hit.
