LDAR is not the way

I know it's easy to get stuck in LDAR mode. Every time I wake up it's a struggle not to. It's hard to see a point in doing anything.

But it's still possible to have fun even if we are the bottom of society. I think the key is to find people who don't judge you. Just today I went to the library where there were some old ladies playing a card game. They let me join and were actually very nice to me. I didn't feel like a subhuman like if I had been with a bunch of young girls. I think I'm going to take some college classes too, and hope to meet some people there (not foids obviously).

And solitary activities can still be fun. Ideally something not on the computer. Even just riding your bike around town. It can quickly change your mood just to get outside, exercise, etc. Really this LDAR shit is not helpful. Like you guys who have 6 gorillion posts in a few weeks :feelstastyman: are you really going to spend your life rotting on this forum?

Yes.
LDAR + videogames is the safest way to spend a life.
If you're still young, vidya will not stay fun forever. At some point your brain realizes it's just pixels on a screen and starts to crave something more. You'll have to find other copes at some point.

Nah. 29 years old (I've been playing since I was 5). I still love it

Copes work until they don't, but even then they may start working after a good break.

i don't think i can spend my whole life just rotting in my room.
i'm under 20 and i'm already bored of everything i can do at my room, i'm trying to find new cope but i don't think finding other people is not the way because i'm socially completely retarded.

there is nothing that amuses me :feelsrope:

there is still hope for you, young greycel

Its more that the LDAR happens first and then follows the reasoning for the LDAR. I think if a person is too depressed then LDAR happens naturally. I have been really depressed for the last 3-4 years + daily headaches and now I finally start to have more energy, so I'll apply for school and see what happens.

You can still LDAR to a certain extent, but try having a few other copes/hobbies so it won't get so boring and dull all the time

Bluepilled normie post just go outside bro :feelstastyman:

Shotgun - Double barrel is the way.
