I know it's easy to get stuck in LDAR mode. Every time I wake up it's a struggle not to. It's hard to see a point in doing anything.
But it's still possible to have fun even if we are the bottom of society. I think the key is to find people who don't judge you. Just today I went to the library where there were some old ladies playing a card game. They let me join and were actually very nice to me. I didn't feel like a subhuman like if I had been with a bunch of young girls. I think I'm going to take some college classes too, and hope to meet some people there (not foids obviously).
And solitary activities can still be fun. Ideally something not on the computer. Even just riding your bike around town. It can quickly change your mood just to get outside, exercise, etc. Really this LDAR shit is not helpful. Like you guys who have 6 gorillion posts in a few weeks
are you really going to spend your life rotting on this forum?
