Aren't the laws all just subjective shit anyway?

I don't mean it as satire they literally are

I can say, "Women deserve to get raped, beaten, choked to death" and then get into specifics or I can support a terrorist organisation but according to the laws free speech is okay and I'm not inciting anything but there's still a high chance the police turn up at my door

That just proves they can invent laws out of thin air to put you in jail

I hate having to half bite my tongue then still think about deleting what I said even though what I said isn't illegal but it can be used..

Even freedom of speech I can be a supporter of rape but if someone arrests me on me "glorifying rape" many people on the internet do that. Why aren't they arrested?

Too often I see some headline and the reason someone's arrested is because of X Law. and I'm like, "He got arrested for that?"

It's more like the laws you're supposed to follow from now on after we convicted a guy because we found him annoying, and we made a new law after him so more annoying pricks like him can't do the same thing he did.
