I'm sure many have heard about how Ashley Biden wrote in her diary that when she was a child her father Joe Biden took showers with her.

If for example, Ashley had taken a photograph showing herself and Joe Biden naked in the shower together, to prove that she was abused by him, we could not legally possess or share that photograph.

The only people allowed to do that would be the FBI so if the FBI are in the pockets of Biden they will cover it up, and could use anti-CP laws to jail anyone trying to share evidence that Joe molested Ashley.

IMO this is the main reason they outlaw possession/distribution because a bunch of high-tier political elites are raping babies and it makes it illegal to circulate evidence of their raping babies.

Under the auspice of protecting the feels of the victims, they actually protect the perpetrators and the victims suffer from a lack of justice.

The thing is: it is evidence of a criminal act (an adult sexually abusing a child) so the CP can be used to convict on traditional sex crimes charges.
There's no need to outlaw the actual evidence though.

IE if Biden films himself fucking a baby you just bust him for fucking the baby not filming it.

TBH filming this shit should be a sentence reduction since you're helping the police convict you by creating evidence like an idiot.
