Even physical abuse as a child has better effects than it. If you were bullied as a child, you are very close to being in the same boat as someone who was SA'd as one, but while they will get to actually be seen as victims of something they had no control over and which normies are endlessly describing as the worst thing that could ever happen to anyone, you get to continue being a joke while people deny you are a victim at all, told to "get over it" if they believe that you are one, and see people talking about the need to "Bring back bullying".

Also want to add that anyone who believes they became a better person due to bullying, either didn’t get bullied seriously or are trying to cope. But in general every time i see a person who got bullied, i can tell they’re deeply insecure about something. Also idk how to describe it but they seem like they’re ready to fight or flight at a moment’s notice if that makes sense, they seem jumpy.

i went from being bullied to moved into a """special""" class (not special ed)
where they mixed selected people into a class, and even if i were the same weird kid i got treated better.
after that i became the quiet kid in new school but thats besides the point.

It’s crazy that they can say something so mean to you that you will remember it for the next 10 years and they will forget it within the next couple days.
