Depends on the area, if its a mixed hood than yeah you see them those type of couples. But most Latinas still chase white guys more cause its a mentality that latinos still have. Older generations tell their kids to try to get with white people. And whites still want to say JBW is a lie, since so many ethnic groups still have that mentality.
Well, among non-blacks, latinas are the ones more receptive to the a idea of dating a black man.

I think the statement Pasteleiro says is correct that Latinas are the most likely to go with a black guy but that is when they live in a mixed community usually in ghetto hoods.
Many latino countries are actually racist towards black. Much of latino media only depicts light skinned latinos its actually an issue in some of those countries. Many darker skinned latinos don't get enough representation in media even though the majority of the populace is actually brown. This is a result of the caste systems that were imposed way back during their colonization by the Spanish. Even though that era is long gone the effects cn still be seen. Many older latino families aren't so big on blacks and actually prefer for their offspring to go for whites. For example when I went to uni I was told to find a white girlfriend by an older relative (kek at thinking I stand a chance with any girl).
I am speaking from a hispanic background though and that is how it is within that community (although they are getting more accepting as is much of the world). But I also know it is like that in some other Central American countries and Brazil (you can find mini docs on youtube for Bazil). But latinos are very diverse and there is people known as afro latinos which are latinos but heavily mixed with black such as The Dominican Republic. So I don't know how they feel towards blacks since they are mostly black themselves.

I watch a lot of American TV shows and I've noticed Asians and Latinos are heavily underrepresented, while blacks are over represented. I wonder why is that. With Latinos I kind of understand 'cause Latino is not really a race. Latinos can look Latino (brown skin, dark hair, eyes, short stature, exotic features) but also white or black.
