Anyone here with a laptop with a web camera? If so do you cover with tape? i'm kinda paranoid if someone is watching me through it.

Is that possible, can somebody view me from the screen? Im taping it for safety measures

What do you mean? Somebody accessing your camera remotely or your literal screen being used as a camera?

The US state has backdoors to most devices. Even printERs store the data you print out. While theoretically possible it is highly unlikely that the state is spying on you.
