I fucking hate how I've conditioned myself to do the higher pitch voice when ending a sentence or whatever.

The reason I developed that habit was

1. To not sound so monotone as my voice is very monotone and

2. Idk how to speak louder with a normal voice so making it higher pitch is the only way I know how to make it louder
