It was called Shônen no hanzai or Juvenile Crime (1997). Thanks to @lonelysince2006 for recommending it to me. I have already watched Concrete (2004) and it was OK, but this movie was not as good tbh, hence only 3.9 IMDB rating. This movie was also older so there wasn't much special effects, but the plot was pretty much the same but not as detailed as Concrete. It felt more like a porn movie in a way because there was so many sex scenes, not as much dialogue as the Concrete movie and Concrete had less sex and more torture in it. In a few scenes they tied Junko to a punching bag and started punching her, and lighting her hair and clothes on fire. I believe that never happened in the Concrete movie. It was still worth watching. I would rate it 3½ out of 10 while Concrete was a solid 5/10.
There's a third live action Junko movie called Concrete-Encased High School Girl (1995) and it has a higher rating on IMDB. I think i'll watch it tomorrow.
