I also have ´hamster cheeks´, even though Im skinny.
I know what you mean, and the most likely cause of this, is a recessed maxilla.
I look way younger, than my actual age and have the frame of a skinny 15yo boy.
Bare in mind, I´m in my early 20´s.

I also sleep on 1 side of my face, hence why my Jawline looks crooked and not symmetrical at all.
It´s infuriating, and often wish I could change it.
