Recently heard about this story of a guy who gets hit with a car. He stays in a coma for some time.

During this time he imagines he meets his ideal girlfriend, gets married and gets his perfect job.

After that, he wakes up and gets severely depressed when realizing It was all fake.

Imagine how brutal that would be. Ive had dreams in which I ascend, but holy shit... 4 years of your perfect life being fake and you just have to act like nothing happened and keep living in misery
