Chadfishing on IG is nearly impossible, you need to have an actual social circle and be active to make a believable profile. You'd basically have to copy a chad profile, start following people and hope they follow you back. Takes too much time for chadfishing.
Just take pictures from some Chad on IG and put them on Tinder or Bumble, tell the foids you don't use social media. It's still going to be tricky because some foids will ask to videochat.
