but one thing I notice from foids and normies alike, when they FIRST meet someone universally attractive; the “personality-matters-before-looks” notion goes out the window, and they’ll just start complementing.

And complementing and complementing and complementing, until the person they’re admiring (because they’re attractive), just gets sick of the complements and tell the normie scum to shut the fuck up.
