Look, I get it, okay. Jerry isn't the most handsome guy on the planet. We can all see that.

However, I still like his channel a lot, and that's because in a way, I do look up to him. That's because - in spite of his looks - he's still able to run a cool channel and find a happy outlook in life. If you've seen his videos, he signs and serenades, he plays guitar, and he tells a lot of funny stories, including anecdotes that deal with self improvement.

Say what you want about either him or MGTOW, but the thing is, Jerry Liu - at least to me - is proof that regardless of looks, one can still be happy if they focus on developing themselves and finding purpose. He looks as though he doesn't need a woman to be happy; the one MGTOW lesson I've internalized.

Isn't it possible for a guy to at least enjoy himself or his life without making women the centre of his world? Sure, I don't enjoy my life, but I know that women won't bring a guy happiness, as the MGTOW community has proven. In fact, these days, they'll probably make most men miserable.

Why does everything have to be about women? What I want is to find purpose, and I know that women can't give me that in the long run.

The danger of the blackpill is that it shows the truth of the world for what it is - that the world isn't fair at all unlike what the bluepill fed us. We have no lies to fall back on to comfort us - just facts and statistics.

In the end it is just knowledge, and we can let that knowledge lead us early to death (which is everyone's destination in any case), or we can use it cope with the fact that nothing really matters in the grand scheme of things and to just enjoy life with hobbies, career etc.

I am trying to do the latter as this might be the only life I am given, so I might as well try to enjoy it even if I can't fulfill my biological objective.
