Depends on what you mean by "NTpill". If you mean talking about the disadvantages of being non-nt, then no. But if you start making cherrypicking threads saying "THIS SUB5 HAS A GF, NTPILL CONFIRMED". Then that would be against the rules. Both "Do not post bluepilled content of any kind." and "Do not cherrypick (e.g. posting an unattractive man with a girlfriend to generalize and try to prove a point)."
Race is easily the most difficult issue to address. I'll be lax with it and I'll be observing how other mods handle reports for racebaiting before I start warning users for it. One example of something I would warn for is repeatedly attacking other users saying "you can't be incel because just be [ethnicity]".
You mean the threads in the "must-read content" section? Each thread is there because another mod put it there and I don't plan on undermining another mod's authority. Though if I strongly disagree with another mod I might vocalize concerns internally.

What's your take on the concept of admin bias towards certain users? Back when Made in Heaven was banned, many people wanted a perma, and were disappointed to find out it was only a temp, which you can see in the thread Fat Link made asking the community what his punishment should be, and many started thinking it was because Made in Heaven was liked by some admins.
From what I can tell, the mods generally seem to give a lot of second chances before truly permabanning a user forever. As far as he goes, looking through his warning history he's already had enough second chances, so if he comes back and does it again and I'm the one who handles the report, he's gone. While I can't speak for other mods, I don't see them giving him another second chance after he's gotten 10 warnings for bragging.
Forum users and humans in general seem to always tend towards a vindictive overly punitive and sadistic approach towards everyone and everything and just all around seem to lack mercy in general.
