good call tbh. Kubo and Angel next door are good examples of things that will never happen but one wishes would happen. Romance manga just be like that, I wish to have experienced those things, but at the same time I know there isn't a girl that wouldn't laugh at my face and never interact with me again; but then I also think back at my classmates who did experience these things and become hyper-depressed because I missed out on core teen experiences that I will never be able to experience again and the absence of which has caused a great deal of effects on me.

the relationship between the two of them is sweet and that's what makes it depressing. Also seeing Naoto's growth by the end of the manga. The r34 is to be expected to be honest, Blue Archive has insane amounts of r34 but the story is pure af and the characters are 99% pure as fuck.

I do not understand why Naoto didn't just make Nagatoro bite the curb. I am not reading or watching the rest of that anime/manga.

The anime doesn't adapt the post chapter pages where Nagatoro asks herself if she went overboard showing that she isn't really a bully (tbh they weren't even in the english translation of the manga, had to read the original japanese manga to read them jfl at this clown world). She tones down after chapter 3-4 anyways (episode like 2?) and it becomes a wholesome coming of age story with teasing. But I understand where you come from, I was bullied in middle school and seeing Naoto bullied like that also turned me off a little but I kept reading and I'm glad I did honestly.

also naoto doesn't make her "bite the curb" (never heard this idiom, I guess it means like "shutting her up" or "getting back at her" or something?) because his coping mechanism is avoiding his bullies (as he recounts himself) and he doesn't consider Nagatoro's actions bullying (as he says himself). Nagatoro also teaches him that whatever bullshit she says isn't actually an insult and he should take it lightly and tries to teach him to react in the tsukkomi chapter (which idk what episode is in the anime haven't watched it). I could go on but I feel like I've shown my autism enough. Again I understand where you're coming from cuz I was bullied and I was bullied by girls, though it was mostly ostracism and talking ill behind my back.
