TBH I'm not sure what you're asking, but a helpful cope is to view myself as an alien that women would be too weirded out or disgusted to touch, much less fuck. It's a lot better to feel like a non-human outsider from another planet than being seen as ugly; that's my cope, and it kept my depression at bay somewhat

You might think Blacks are ugly, and I certainly do as well, but one of the toughest pills for me to swallow is realizing that foids do not view Blacks as ugly --- the primitive facial features and extroverted/aggressive behavior is a turn on (it signals high testosterone). Remember that despite all our technological advances, we're still basically animals, in which the females reward wild behavior and high T signs. This is something I've only come to accept recently
