Context, this spanish nationalist was in the vagon when a group of at least 50 antifas saw him and cornered him with the intention of killing him.
It was him against 50 antifas, defending his life was his only option so he killed one of these fags when they were about to punch him.
A judge gave him 26 years of jail.
Defending your life is not a crime.
