If you watch Stranger Things (great show, Jonathan begins the series a classic 80s Incel. He has no friends, crushes on Nancy (girlfriend of the jock), and gets beat up by him. Virgin.
In Season 2, he ascends. He doesn't really become a badass or anything but he fucks Nancy, the jocks girlfriend. Yes, it is just a TV show but it's still somewhat motivational. Be like Jonathan, he also beats the shit out of the jock in the first season, fights off aliens.
