Here you will experience a calorie restriction to truly leanmaxx. The process to join is simple, all you have to do is to input your current weight, height and BMI and you will be added to a conversation in which you will check in daily, with daily calorie inputs.

Every day you will check in with how much calorie consumed and lost for example, type in "500" if you have a TDEE of 1500, eaten 1200 kcal and did 200 kcal of calorie.

You are out of the Auschwitz once your BMI is 18 or below 18, the golden number for hollowcheeks for people without muscle
