I take the long path into town because I like the view and scenery, and it helps me think to myself.
This path is also popular with cyclists, dog walkers (and yes, most of them are foids) and joggers.
Funny thing too, a lot of these joggers are boomer men.
Do these fucks actually, honestly think that by working out and getting in shape they'll be able to court and slay young foids?

These are likely the kinds of boomtards that lurk on omegle back when it was up, or other sites similar to it to try and chat up lolis.
They're days of sexual activity are done, foids won't wanna fuck e'm no more, except for escorts.
And the escorts might demand extra pay for sitting on wrinkly cold stiff meat.
Time for them to LDAR and get mogged by chads and prettyboys who are young enough to be their great grandsons.
 
Jogging is okay, I don't like it necessarily but its good for your brain. I could give less shits about it making me get in shape because I'm already in a decent shape, if anything I'd need to gain more muscle. But its good for your mood and health overall.

Agreed, Howewer what ruins my mood is how subhuman i look like.

I know that jogging and exercise in general can release dopamine in your brain and make you feel happier.
I sometime get the feeling when I walk for a lot time.
But you can get that dopamine release from simply walking, not jogging or exercise.

This is just my experience but it seems to me that jogging is more efficient and gives more benefits
