AFAIK there was no picture used in both applications. The 4chan guy applied on companies under a male name and under a female name and left everything else (or most) unchanged.

They thought of that as well. Most companies are connected with each other and know each other. If they have a potential candidate, there is a good chance they want to verify the certificate. Theyll write them an E-Mail or call them and find out you never worked there you are gonna be in trouble, as you were caught. commiting forgery of documents
