I don't know how it happened, the weight just slowly crept up on me. Once I realized I was a fat slob about 6 years ago I did water fasts for a couple of months (not consequently) and got down to 87kg, now I'm at 93.

The funny thing, I notice no difference to how I'm treated compared to other people sharing their weightloss stories. I'm equally invisible because of face.
