Even if you dont necessarily lose weight, its still a good cope + more muscle and definition, would be nice to have, wouldnt do any harm.

Let me introduce you to my Auschwitz diet.

- 3L water a day
- 2x Protein/BCAA shake roughly 100kcal each + Citruline-L on workout days
- 4 strength works out a week 40min-1h
- 3 swim a week / or equivalent cardio
- 2/4 - abs/sixpack workouts 15-20mins lights.
- 800 kcal of protein
- 200 kcal of carbs / other shit

roughly 1200-1300kcal a day
saturday 1600 kcal with a cheat snack
sunday - 2000kcal eat whatever the fuck u want

easy 4kg lose every month.
