It's a really strange forum. Rules seem to be copied from here but IMHO don't make a lot of sense for a NEETs-focused forum.

For example, it does make sense that this forum doesn't allow women because women cannot be Incels.
But women definitely can be NEETs, so it's not obvious why they aren't allowed there.
