Serious I've decided to starve myself to 10%bf

I'm 14-15%bf rn, decent muscle mass at 5'8 62kg and adhdcel ez to not eat for a while for me, never been below 14% in my life, my face is boneless but my eye area is decent and I'm 4/10 overall

Not gonna expect much but over the next week I'm gonna drop significant weight and see the results

Hopefully i can ascend just slightly, my main issue irl is being barely 5'8 morning in a british uni while having adhd but i still have a small friend group irl, probably one of the better off members here but still KHHV at 19 after approaching a ton

My voice and how i talk is weird, idk if it's noticeable from how i type, it's not autism but there's just smth wrong with it, u can sense the NDness

Starving urself doesn't make a difference on ur height growth, aslong as u eat 1000+ calories of pure protein a day you'll get 95%+ of the growth you would in a spurt, if u haven't grew in more than 9months uve stopped anyway

Don't trade life away "incase" u fuck it up, get low asf bodyfat RN in ur prime to see if life is possible
