Serious I've Cholinergic Urticaria

Basically a skin condition where I can't sweat at all. If it gets too hot, my entire body stings as if there's a million needles beneath my skin. This is because the sweat is stuck beneath the skin

And there's no treatment for this

The universe just hates me deep down to the core
