All, nearly 100% of self-improvement advice is bullshit.

FACTS:
- Most gymcels make almost no progress.
- PUA / social circle game will just get you in legal trouble or shamed / outcast. Or worse.
- Money maxxing is an obvious scam unless you've done it for many years + have a high IQ + tenacity to figure it all out. Women care about your genes, not your money so even if it did work, it won't.

You could go on forever. Self-improvement scammers (anyone telling you to "man up" basically) have no proof or instructions telling you how to make it work. They should be punched in the fucking face when they give such shitty advice.


This board wouldn't even fucking exist if any of the above shit worked a little bit.

You wouldn't but people have eyes. They'll notice if you look completely different compared to the week before and some of us have to wagecuck or are in school so we're surrounded by the same people

I see. Yes, as a bit oldercel there are many obstacles. As a universitycel I'd imagine it as do it after univ, no reason to contact your unimates coz they hate you anyways, while with wagecels I'd say "just find another job bro", although bit delusional I'd say having troubles with finding another job options with a better face and higher chance to be considered human there is worth it, compared to working the same job where everyone hates you even if you earn more. It matters more the worse the case it + reabilitation and recovery period. Maybe I'm youngcelling and delusionmaxxing but I think you can always say you were fixing your teeth, end up in a car accident, got jabmogged and had your jaw broken, or as simple as health issues fix. You don't have to tell it to new people you meet, especially women and no point to introduce them to your colleagues, classcels.

Gymcelling is 100% useless if you don't have a decent height and frame to go with it. Lifting heavy weights is not even good for your health, light exercise is. As for PUA, the only good tip they give is aiming for numbers game, all the "techniques" are bullshit. But nowadays, approaching is already too dangerous in most locations.
 
I had wanted to go pro in my sport but reality set in.

So, I still cycle every day, but for me, keep weight off, De stress, and make friends here and there

I actually rather like being stronger than I was before I started lifting.

That said most advice is, in fact, bullshit because they all either outright ignore the part looks play in it, and they ignore the reality of female nature. And yes, PUA is cringe-inducing garbage. Got burned there, never again.

Legit and the thing about gymcels making no progress is so true sadly. I see so many guys who've been going to the gym for like 3 years looking completely identical, or worse they "bulk" and just get fat.

I still believe every able bodied male should get some some form of exercise every now n then.
 
Mike mentzer only worked out once per weak. He did bicycling for his bodyfat. He had three rest days a week.

This mimics our ancient ancestors.

Heavy lifting: bringing back the heavy deer carccus, climbing trees, making shelters or spears for working smaller muscle groups

Cycling: hunting and tracking for miles

Rest and recoup: the feast.


That's all there is to it really. Don't understand these guys that workout 2 hrs per day, every fucking day.

I think a lot of meat heads push propaganda that cardio is "pussy shit" and could just burn fat lifting.
