When I was younger, adults always would say I was high IQ. No one’s ever been honest with me. And they swear up and down they’re not lying in thinking I’m above average. You don’t score 83 on an IQ test if you’re smart. I’m at least smart enough to know I’m dumb.

Other people my age were the only ones who were able to see how low IQ I truly was, or rather they were the only ones honest about it.

i think its that if you actually did the work they thought you were smart because whats normal is to get distracted by the girls in the class. Brutal

Normies aways say your wise beyond your years nonsense. Jfl that you took it seriously.

My IQ is around 83 as well.

Anyway, the people gassing up kids who are clearly deficient in some area (looks, IQ, etc.) are doing them a massive disservice. They're gonna find out the truth eventually and it will end up hurting them more.

Thankfully my parents never did this so I suppose I had a somewhat easier time accepting my lot in life. Still though, it wasn't until late in high school that I fully accepted I was low IQ. When I literally scored in the bottom 2 percent on the SAT despite studying hard, it became impossible for me to have any doubt about my low IQ. This would have been harder to accept if I had lying parents who told me I was smart or average.

Maybe they mistook intelligence for another quality you have. Btw, for anyone who took a real and an online IQ test: was there a big difference between your scores?

thats a good thing to me

Bottom 2% is -2 SD below the mean, or IQ 70 SD 15

However, there is a possibility that your IQ is around the 80s, since the SAT (both old and new) merely has a g-loading of 0.6-0.7 and underestimates the IQ of the lower classes

Same I am barely 90
