have you ever considered going to rehab? Whether you actually have a problem isn't relevant.

It's a nice escape from reality for a month or two or three. I've never seen anyone not make friends there. People are nice in rehab usually.
Lots of incel or failed normie types to relate to.

In the last few years some of may favorite times were in residential rehabs. They can really help take you out of difficult place for some time.

Just mentioning because you have been in a bad place and it saved me a couple times. Usually free even with state insurance.
