It's pretty simple for the most part. Women don't give me attention and sex no matter what I do despite them giving their attention/sex to more attractive men for free, therefore, I hate them. Nothing irrational about this.

Women deny me love despite me craving it, so I resent them because of it (plus a whole bunch of other reasons but that's not relevant right now). Why would I NOT hold resentment towards a group that treats me like shit. If anything, THAT would be irrational.

Yes, he was extremely miserable. He was lying to himself not to crumble.
We were in university, and one day he confessed his feelings for a classmate through text! Yes, he confessed directly without asking her out or having been on dates, like an elementary schooler. The girl was a HTB and was going after the chad of the class like everyone else obviously, while he was a balding, ugly nice guy. I still think about him and wonder how he's faring now.
