My jaws are not just recessed but also extremely lacking in width, vertical height and sharpness. I’ve seen so many guys getting only a normie jaw after bimax

Doubt that will make a big different

My nature hairline is too high and surgeon refuse to transplant lower than that, saying “that’s just how your skull is shaped”
