There is this belief that mentalcels are 7-8/10 chads who are just shy but get a lot of female interest. Sadly most true mentalcels are below average incels with the added bonus of mental illness

My parents never believed in things like ADHD or Autism, so they never bothered to test me for such things. They always just scolded me for being strange. I will do an official psychological examination to determine whether I have it soon. I'm almost certain, from reading about it and the scores I got, that I indeed have it. I need to make sure though. It would explain a lot of problems I've dealt with, and truly justify the feeling that I was very much different from most people.
