As a incel, I have real trouble taking my own advice whenever it comes to dealing with foids, anxiety induced/stressful filled situations, and other stuff that I ramble about on here.
"Actions speak louder than words" is how I would describe it but time to time, I will remind and assure myself that being a cold hearted bad ass doesn't happens overnight
When your every being has been in grained in a society such as this one, your mind will always worry and try to follow and mimic the garbage that society celebrates and put on a pedestal.
